Time-Frame
There is a conference in Amsterdam from September 14-16, therefore we encourage you to arrive in Amsterdam after September 17 to save money on hotel.
You can visit nearby Belgium, France or Germany if you plan to extend your vacation.
We will have some sight-seeing planned before the wedding.

A non-stop flight is about 8 hours. Carriers that fly non-stop from JFK to AMS are Delta and KLM (usually co-shared flights).
Accommodations
If you have friends who live in the Netherlands and are willing to host you, we encourage you to stay with them.

We have reserved a block of rooms at DoubleTree by Hilton.
The cost of a Queen Guest Room €169 +tax per night, breakfast included, for check-in on September 17 and after. This price is only valid until May 1, 2013.
